Andy Nemtzow has over 30 years of experience in IT, taking on roles in leadership, consulting, project management, and business transformation. Andy is adept at developing IT and corporate strategies and delivering outcomes. As a former IT director of a global consumer electronics company, he deployed and managed IT teams supporting a diverse array of organizations, including Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, and Sales.
Andy is a trained and tested Lean Six Sigma black belt. He championed and managed the adoption of Lean Six Sigma and Agile as both a practitioner and consultant, resulting in higher software quality, lower delivery costs, and improved responsiveness.
As an adjunct professor and guest lecturer, Andy has shared his expertise on IT strategy, technology, and business process to MBA and undergraduate students.
