These patterns tend to be seen by others as our M.O.\, the way he or she is\, or our style.&n bsp\; \;At work\, these predictable patterns shape how others respond to us\, what they will and won’t do for us\, and how they feel about us. Style is our shorthand for these patterns. \; Many managers have fo und it useful to have a framework for understanding how people see them\, how they typically interact with others\, and how their employees interact with each other. \; \;The purpose of this workshop is to understa nd what your leadership style is\, to enhance your awareness of factors th at influence your leadership style and learn what other styles exist and h ow to interact with people having those styles.  \; Pri ce is $15 for members\, $20 for non members.Food will be a salad and sandw ich buffet.
